Teams Feature

Teams and collaboration features are available with a Teams subscription. Free users can be invited to teams but cannot create teams or invite others.

How Teams Work

Personal Teams

Every user automatically gets a personal team for their individual projects. Personal teams cannot have additional members.

Collaborative Teams

Teams subscribers can create collaborative teams and invite team members via email. Perfect for agencies and organizations.

Shared Projects

Projects can be assigned to teams, giving all team members access to view and analyze feedback data together.

Getting Started with Teams

Upgrade to Teams

Teams functionality requires a Teams subscription. Upgrade from your dashboard settings to unlock team creation.

What you get with Teams subscription:
• Create unlimited teams
• Invite team members via email

• Team dashboard and analytics

Create Your Team

Navigate to /dashboard/team or click the team switcher in your dashboard header, then create a new collaborative team.

Team creation includes:
• Team name and basic details
• You automatically become the team owner
• Team appears in your dashboard switcher
• Ready to invite members and create projects

Invite Team Members

Use the "Invite Member" button in your team dashboard to send email invitations. Invitees receive a branded email with a secure invitation link.

Invitation process:
• Enter email address and optional role
• System sends professional invitation email
• Invitations expire after 7 days
• Members join automatically when they sign in

Create Team Projects

Create projects assigned to your team from the team dashboard. All team members will be able to see the project and its feedback data in their dashboard.

Team project benefits:
• Shared access to feedback data
• Team members see projects in their sidebar
• Project owner retains full control

Accepting Team Invitations

Email Invitation Process

1. Receive Email: You'll get a professional invitation email with the team name, inviter details, and a secure acceptance link.
2. Click Invitation Link: The link takes you to an invitation acceptance page where you can review team details.
3. Sign In or Sign Up: If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one. Existing users just need to sign in.
4. Automatic Acceptance: Once signed in, the invitation is automatically accepted and you're redirected to the team dashboard.
Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. If your invitation has expired, ask the team owner to send a new one.

Best Practices

Use descriptive team names that clearly identify the team purpose
Invite members gradually and ensure they understand their role
Create team-specific projects rather than personal projects for shared work
Communicate project ownership clearly to team members
Review team membership regularly and remove inactive members
