In your dashboard, create a smart prompt with your question and answer choices. Add icons to make answers visually clear. Enable elaboration if you want users to optionally add more details after selecting an answer.

When a visitor hits your page and meets your trigger conditions, the prompt appears as a centered modal. Clean, non-intrusive, and easy to dismiss.
